Time will come,
my beloved child,
when you choose
to not suffer where
Light and Dark
are dancing.

The black and white lotus flowers within the mandala represent the Light and the Dark, the Yin and the Yang.

When the Light and Dark dance in our lives we tend to be afraid, hurt… we suffer.

But what if you could actually choose to not suffer?
Of course only the saints and the enlightened ones know how to do this.

The best we can do is breath when we’re in the unbearable Light.
adjust your eyes to the brightness…

…or suffering as we walk through the Valley of Darkness.
look up, and use the stars to guide you!!

Through all this we are still connected
to amazing forces that are there for us
and will answer if we call out.

The answer is never what we expect,
but is always what we need.

You don’t have to be afraid of the Dark.
The Light and the Dark are dancing
within and all around us.

Night and Day, sun and moon,
stars against velvety darkness…
There’s no real need to suffer.

This is what I’m learning…

it’s all Love, my dear. It’s all Love.
