(Ginhawa is breathe in the ilonggo language.)
notice if you ever hold your breathe? breathing fully no matter what you are doing is a good practice whereby you literally take control of your body and your thoughts… the machinations of your life.
Do you hold your breathe when you are texting? when you are keyboarding on your PC? … when you are about to answer a phone call? when you think of your problems? when you are driving? watching TV? playing video games? standing in line at the checkout counter? when you are about to do something simple—like work?
take deep breathes when you are texting… keyboarding… when you are about to do something stressful. when you ARE doing something stressful. when you are about to go from one project of the day to the next…
notice how your breathing is normal when your gardening, relaxing?

(“idlak” means sparkle)
Regular and full breaths bring you calm and renewed energy. A breath awareness practice lightens and brightens you up.
