Whenever you get a chance, check out my other blog about the deeper meanings of baybayin writing and other writing symbols around the world.
The practice of interpreting writing symbols’ curves and overall meaning is a practice given to nordic runes, hebrew alphabet, sanskrit symbols, and many other symbols around the world.
In the past 20 years and even century, there are Filipinos who have been doing the same for baybayin, the ancient writing symbol of the Philippines.
Our ancestors personified their objects such as bangkas (boats), houses, and even their weapons, recognizing in them their own spirit and deep meanings.
I embarked on the blog in 2008 and launched content by 2009.
